" We are the spirit of the Seychelles. We fill each bottle with the  character of our 100 islands, our craft and our people. The  result - a glimpse into our remote paradise. Born on these islands, made from these islands, and welcoming everything and everyone on the horizon to be a part of our journey. Including what we have yet to discover".

The Seychelles

The Seychelles, a remote archipelago of over 100 islands, was largely unknown for centuries due to its location in the Indian Ocean, over 1000 miles from any other land. In 1503, Vasco da Gama became the first to officially spot the islands, followed by a British trading fleet in 1609 who discovered a paradise of fresh water, fish, coconuts, birds, sea turtles, and giant tortoises. France claimed the Seychelles in 1756, leading to the growth of its agricultural economy with spices. After becoming a British colony in 1811, Victoria, the world's smallest capital, began to flourish. In 1976, Seychelles gained independence after over two centuries of European rule.

Where We Start

Almost 20 years ago, the two brothers along with a bunch of support from their dad and aunt, started what has become the number one spirit in their island home nation of Seychelles. It has been an honest rum journey but at the start of 2021 they were ready to leave their teenage years behind and head off into the world. Continuing to proudly pot distill with locally harvested freshly pressed cane and now producing their own molasses column rum plus a cask ageing program firmly underway, they are all set to expand their international footprint.

This was done from their historic home of La Plaine  St Andre on the island of Mahe, Seychelles. They continue to distill, age and bottle all their rums and is on the bucket list for every tourist visiting their shores.
